At the Saxony Technical College transfer event entitled "Wege für Frauen in MINT-Studiengänge: Studienorientierung gemeinsam wirksam gestalten" (Pathways for women in STEM degree programs: Effectively shaping study orientation together) TRAWOS employee Bernadette Rohlf and her colleague Franziska Stauche (Mittweida University of Applied Sciences) from the ESF-Nachwuchsforschungsgruppe FioKo moderated a discussion table on the question "How can we not only attract young women to STEM, but also keep them in STEM?"
The event took place on June 2, 2025, at HTW Dresden. After a welcome address by the rector of HSZG Prof. Alexander Kratzsch (deputy chairman of the State Rectors' Conference), findings from the Saxony Technical College trial were presented to the audience. This was followed by discussions at three themed tables.
